June 2021, the project adopted the "self-use and surplus electricity to the grid" mode, installing equipment on the roof for photovoltaic power generation, with uninterrupted switching between photovoltaic power and the national grid. The gas station prioritizes the use of photovoltaic power to replace traditional coal-fired power generation, and surplus electricity is supplied to the grid outside the gas station. The annual power generation capacity can reach 45,000 kilowatt-hours, saving 11.8 tons of standard coal and reducing 34.6 tons of carbon dioxide emissions. The carbon emission reduction can offset the carbon emissions, contributing to achieving the goal of "carbon peak and carbon neutrality" in Xiong'an New Area.The project has become a model for the comprehensive energy development of local gas stations, attracting many peers to learn from it.
